Wagashi Nerikiri Dough Making Class

Learn how to make Wagashi vegan desserts at this fun and hands-on cooking class in Sydney! You will get to take home your delicious creations at the end of the class.
This two-hour class is beginner-friendly, as you will be guided step-by-step by your experienced teacher Kathryn. Wagashi are traditional Japanese confections and are typically made from plant-based ingredients.
During the class, you will learn how to prepare your own Nerikiri dough from natural white bean paste. You will then learn how to colour your dough and create different tones, hues and shares as well as make three different designs. All ingredients used are plant-based, vegan and natural.
At the end of the class, you will be able to enjoy your cute handmade desserts and matcha tea.
