Überblick
Das Weingut Cassegrain verbindet traditionelle französische Weinbereitungsmethoden mit modernster australischer Technologie und ist vor allem für sein preisgekröntes Portfolio an Weinen bekannt, die vollmundig, aber dennoch weich und elegant sind.
Unmittelbar am Pacific Highway und nur wenige Minuten von Port Macquarie entfernt, bietet das malerische Gelände zahlreiche Veranstaltungsmöglichkeiten, darunter Konzerte, Festivals, Gemeindeveranstaltungen, Hochzeiten und Firmenfeiern. Darüber hinaus ist hier auch das Port Macquarie Horse Riding Centre untergebracht.
Der Weinkeller ist von einem bewirtschafteten Weingut umgeben und bietet Gästen die einzigartige Gelegenheit, bei einer Führung durch das Weingut zu erleben, wo und wie die Magie entsteht. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch eine exklusive Verkostung der preisgekrönten Weine von Cassegrain, darunter auch der spannendsten Neuerscheinungen.
Chefwinzer Alex Cassegrain wurde 2021 von der ASVO zum australischen Winzer des Jahres gekürt und war damit der erste Preisträger aus New South Wales, der diese prestigeträchtige Auszeichnung erhielt.
