Das Bundanoon Folk Festival ist die neueste Ergänzung im australischen Folk-Kalender. Das Festival findet in Bundanoon in den malerischen Southern Highlands von NSW statt und genießt die Kulisse eines ländlichen Dorfes in der Nähe des herrlichen Morton-Nationalparks.
Das Bundanoon Folk Festival ist ein pulsierendes Wochenende mit Live-Folk-Musik, Tanz und Poesie in sieben Innenräumen und einem Festzelt im wunderschönen Bundanoon.
Eingebettet in die lokale Gemeinschaft präsentiert das Festival lokale und regionale Künstler sowie beliebte nationale Interpreten.
Das Festival feiert die breite Palette zeitgenössischer und traditioneller Musikstile, die über Generationen aller Kulturen hinweg weitergegeben werden. Einige der angesagtesten unabhängigen Künstler, darunter Folk Australia Awardees. Außerdem Pub-Sessions, Jams, Kidsfest und Folk Rave. Folk-Musik ist für alle da.
