Auf 900 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel an südorientierten, spätreifenden Hängen und alten Vulkanböden produziert Winzer und Weinbauer Tom Ward eine Reihe preisgekrönter Weine, die nicht nur die einzigartige Herkunft von Swinging Bridge, sondern auch Toms Leidenschaft für seine Heimatregion und sein Handwerk widerspiegeln.
Von der Lage des Weinguts an den Hängen rund um Gaanha Bula-Mount Canobolas aus tauchen Besucher von Swinging Bridge in die reiche Geschichte des Weinguts und die Entwicklung der typischen Rebsorten der Region ein: Chardonnay und Pinot Noir.
