Dolphins & Dunes Package

Two of Port Stephens' biggest drawcards in one day, on the water and on the sand.

Start with a dolphin watching cruise across the calm blue waters of Port Stephens, with expert commentary and plenty of room to watch. You are likely to see the region's resident bottlenose dolphins in their natural habitat, and in the warmer months you can hop into the boom net for a closer splash.

Then swap the water for the dunes. Ride a 4WD into the Worimi Conservation Lands, where our guides teach you safe sandboarding techniques and you slide down slopes that shift and change with the wind. Expect multiple runs, plenty of laughs and views where the dunes meet the sea.

Do both experiences on the same day or spread them over two days. All ages are welcome, making it a great fit for families, couples and solo travellers after a relaxed but active day out.
