The Cotton Shed is a charming nursery and lifestyle boutique located within the picturesque Garden Mania village in Boambee, just south of Coffs Harbour on the NSW Mid North Coast. Nestled amongst lush gardens, shady trees and the much-loved Secret Garden Café, The Cotton Shed offers visitors a unique shopping experience that blends coastal living, creativity and relaxed country charm.

The boutique features a carefully curated collection of plants, homewares, gifts, candles, artisan pieces and natural lifestyle products, alongside the work of local designer Kim Van Loo. Kim is the founder of West Indies Wear, a resort wear label celebrating over 20 years in business, with designs sold throughout Australia, the Caribbean, the USA and around the world.

Visitors can browse beautiful pure cotton and linen clothing designed for comfort, travel and warm-weather living, while also discovering unique treasures for the home and garden. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed and inspiring — a place where locals and travellers alike can slow down, enjoy a coffee and wander through the gardens under the giant fig trees.

Conveniently located just minutes from central Coffs Harbour and 50 metres off the Pacific Highway, The Cotton Shed has quickly become a hidden gem destination for visitors seeking something authentic, creative and distinctly coastal.
