Tintenbar Up Front returns each month, bringing together musicians, poets, comedians, dancers and all kinds of performers who step into the spotlight at the much-loved Tintenbar Hall. It's the sort of night where the woman from the local shop might serenade you, the fellow from the mechanic's might deliver a heartfelt ballad, and you're almost certain to cross paths with half the neighbourhood. Families are always welcome, making it an easy, relaxed way to ease into the weekend.

Regulars will know the standard is consistently impressive, offering everything from gentle, finger-picked melodies and beautifully arranged recorder pieces to storytelling and bush poetry that strike just the right balance between sincerity and humour.

Adding to the experience, Bev Singh prepares a fragrant Indian banquet before the show, giving everyone a chance to settle in and share a meal together. Bookings are essential, as dinner is served ahead of the performances.
