Australia in Space
Overview
Australia in Space - This national travelling exhibition uses hands-on exhibits to show how Australian technology contributes to space and improves your daily life.
Discover the many challenges of operating in orbit and Australian innovations that take advantage of the opportunities it presents. Explore the effects of life in space on the human body and discover how space habitats are designed for their occupants. Be surprised by the difficulties that space imposes on even the most everyday tasks, and take a photo as if you were on a space station orbiting above Australia.
Mount payloads into model satellites to uncover Australia's expertise in small-sat engineering, and marvel at the sheer number of objects in orbit around Earth in an exploration of all the stuff in space.
