Good Sauna is a vision to foster recovery, resilience and reconnection through the timeless ritual that is traditional sauna.

Homegrown on the Far South Coast, our wood-fired sauna provides a haven of peace and stillness. Perched above the dunes at the edge of the sea overlooking Gulaga Mountain at Horseshoe Bay, Bermagui, Good Sauna invite you to join in the ancient practice of communal sauna, or if preferred, reserve the space for yourself and kin with a private sauna.

Integrating the vast benefits of contrast immersion therapies with an unforgettable experience of nourishment and community, we endeavour to invite the elements of the natural world into the Good Sauna experience so that no person leaves unchanged.

Whatever your preference, Good Sauna welcomes all to experience the healing power of traditional wood-fired sauna and relish in the contrast of the stunning Southern Ocean.
