Cobar-born and raised Abby has had a lifelong dream of opening her own cafe. In 2015, Abby gave her foodie dream a chance. Using her weekly grocery budget, she set up shop at the local markets. Her first market was a roaring success!
Over the next four years, Abby grew and expanded her food business and customer base and in 2019, she purchased a shop to renovate and turn into her dream cafe. With the help of local artist Sig Peters of The Pink Galah, Abby's Cafe came to life with a beautifully styled mural featured on the storefront.
