Good Vibrations Fun Run for Parkinson's
Overview
Good Vibrations Fun Run for Parkinson's returns to Newcastle for its third year, bringing the community together for a coastal run and walk supporting Shake it Up Australia to find a cure for Parkinson's Disease.
The event will commence at Southy Canteen on Shortland Esplanade and follow a scenic coastal loop. The event welcomes runners, walkers, families and supporters of all abilities.
Good Vibrations was created to support and inspire the organiser's mum following her Parkinson's diagnosis and has grown into a meaningful, community-led event focused on movement, connection and awareness. All proceeds from the day go directly toward Parkinson's research to support Shake It Up Australia to find a cure!
Participants will receive an official event T-shirt and can expect a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere with music, local support and plenty of good vibes along the way. Whether you choose to run, walk or cheer from the sidelines, everyone is welcome.
Join the Newcastle community for a morning of movement, connection and purpose and help make a difference for those living with Parkinson's.
