The entrance to the complex sis directly opposite the Park Beach access, setting the tone for easy coastal living. There's a convenient seat and surfboard rack — perfect for surfers and beach lovers coming and going throughout the day.

Inside, the living area is light, comfortable and uncluttered, styled with a clean, natural palette. Two comfy lounges and a TV create a relaxed space to unwind, while a dedicated desk offers a practical work-from-home option if needed.
