Sweet Retreat

Sweet Retreat is a transformative 3-day, 2-night getaway designed exclusively for women, set in the stunning coastal surrounds of Sugar Beach Ranch in South Ballina.

This intimate retreat blends equine connection, soulful workshops, nourishing food and nature-based rituals to support rest, renewal and meaningful reconnection. There is no horse riding — instead, participants are guided through gentle equine wellness sessions with the ranch's intuitive herd, encouraging calm, presence and self-reflection.

The experience includes luxury glamping accommodation, sound bowl healing, meditation and movement sessions, creative activities such as art therapy and beach rituals, and time to unwind in the ranch's expansive natural setting. Guests can enjoy sunrise meditation walks, ocean dips, and access to the property's 60-acre nature playground and 15-metre magnesium pool.

Highlights also include a bonfire ceremony under the stars, tree planting, symbolic dove releases, and a formal beachside dinner (weather permitting).
