The What If Society is an assembly of passionate, like-minded chefs and creatives in the Southern Highlands of NSW who set out to form a food-focused cooperative of professionals, local producers and enthusiasts working together to educate, inspire and grow in their shared passion for food, sustainability and the natural environment. A Food Focused Cooperative, bringing you the region's best produce in and around the Southern Highlands. Founded by local Chef, Eilish Maloney.
