Work with the Winemaker - ChaLou Wines

Participants will have the unique opportunity to shadow winemakers Nadja and Steve, immersing themselves in the daily rhythms of vineyard life.

The day begins with a hands-on vineyard experience—grape picking, touring the property, and gaining insight into the season's operations.

Guests will pause to enjoy a vintage lunch with the team, savoring a harvest spread that brings everyone together. The afternoon shifts to the winery, where participants will take part in punch downs and sample wines in progress, getting a firsthand look at the craft behind each bottle.

The day winds down with a well-earned refreshing drink—whether a beer or a glass of Skinny—offering a perfect toast to an unforgettable experience.

Included in the day are various wine tastings, a generous harvest meal, and the camaraderie of the ChaLou team. Be sure to bring your work boots and a readiness to get hands-on!
