The annual Gourmet Fiesta brings celebrity chefs, demonstrations, tastings and market stalls to the Glen Innes Show to showcase the region's delicious produce and food and beverage businesses.
This year, Gourmet Fiesta welcomes celebrity chef Matt Golinski - a professional chef with a passion for creating cuisine using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
