Australia is known for its many big things. There is the Big Pineapple, the Big Banana, the Big Merino, the Big Prawn and the list goes on. In Grenfell, there is the Big Gold Pick and Pan! The pick and pan were constructed under the supervision of the Grenfell Men's Shed, and was built in recognition of Grenfell's significant contribution to the Australian gold era during the mid to late 1860s.
