Merciers Jervis Bay is a coastal café, bar and entertainment venue in the heart of Huskisson.

The Merciers story began with gelato. It is still made on site today in small batches. Expect classic favourites alongside unique and changing flavours.

Coffee is roasted on site too. The roasting shed produces fresh coffee just metres from where it is served.

Start the day with freshly roasted coffee and relaxed café dining. Grab a house-made gelato. Find a spot on the front deck and watch Huskisson go by.

Afternoons and evenings bring casual food, cocktails, local wines and entertainment. Live music, DJs, trivia, plant bingo and special events feature throughout the year.

There are several indoor and outdoor spaces to discover. Relax on the front deck. Meet friends inside. Settle into the courtyard as the music starts.

Merciers is also a great place for functions and private events. Birthdays, celebrations, weddings, corporate events and group gatherings can be created across the different spaces.
