Overview
ANZAC Day Commemorations in Ballina, led by the Ballina RSL Sub-Branch, honouring the original ANZACs and all who have served in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping missions.
Taking place at Memorial Park, adjacent to the Ballina RSL Club, the day provides an opportunity for the community to come together in reflection, remembrance and respect, while also recognising personal stories of service across generations.
Proceedings begin with the Dawn Service, followed by a community breakfast from. The ANZAC March will travel along River Street and concluding at Memorial Park for the main service.
Following the service, lunch is available for both veterans and the wider community with Two-Up.
The Boardwalk will be open to the public.
This annual commemoration remains a significant and respectful occasion within the Ballina community.
