Surrounded by rows of olive trees and vines, they grow, harvest and craft their own extra virgin olive oils on site, pressing each season's fruit in their Alfa Laval olive mill to capture freshness, flavour and quality. Alongside their oils, they offer a carefully selected range of estate wines that celebrate the character of the region.
