Starting in Griffith, we make our way to Brewarrina overnighting at the award winning Callubri Station for a taste of outback luxury. Travelling north to the World Heritage listed Aboriginal Fish Traps at Brewarrina and then follow the Darling River through Bourke, Louth, Tilpa, Wilcannia, Menindee stopping for a cruise and on to the World Heritage Mungo National Park, and back to Griffith.

The tour includes a side tip to the Heritage listed Silver City of Broken Hill. We travel via a number of farm stays, meeting fascinating people, eating fabulous home cooked meals and learn about living in the outback. We finish the tour with Long Lunch by the award winning Chef, Luke Piccolo, from the famous Limone Restaurant, at Piccolo Family farm in Griffith.
