Overview
Shellharbour Marina is a leading boating and lifestyle destination on the NSW South Coast, located at Shell Cove. This modern, world-class floating marina opened in November 2021 and has quickly become a key hub for recreational boating in the region.
The marina comprises 270 berths accommodating vessels up to 30+ metres, supported by a 35-metre dual-sided fuel pontoon supplying premium diesel and PULP fuel, as well as a pump-out facility. The Marina Services Building offers a public rooftop space, client lounge, ensuite bathrooms and laundry facilities, ensuring comfort and convenience for marina users.
A purpose-built boat maintenance facility is due for completion by the end of 2026. The facility will include a minimum of 120 dry boat storage spaces, a café, guest lounge, chandlery and a full-service boatyard with shipwright, marine electrical and mechanical services, office space, and a 100-tonne marine straddle carrier with an 8.8-metre beam capacity.
The marina is complemented by a vibrant waterfront precinct featuring restaurants and taverns, with convenient provisioning including Woolworths, BWS, a bakery, chemist and more located directly at the marina.
Ideally positioned south of Sydney Heads, north of Jervis Bay and approximately 2.5 hours from Canberra, Shellharbour Marina provides direct access to blue-water cruising and renowned game fishing grounds at the marina entrance, making it a highly sought-after boating destination.
