Held at BlueGreen Sanctuary in Newrybar, the Sunrise Tea Ceremony offers a gentle and immersive experience designed to encourage stillness, reflection and connection. Facilitated by Heidi Lampard, this early morning gathering invites participants to step away from the pace of daily life and settle into a more mindful rhythm.
Guests are guided through a traditional-style tea ceremony centred on presence and simplicity. In a supportive environment, participants sit together in silence, sharing carefully prepared bowls of Shou Puerh tea. The ceremony unfolds slowly, allowing time to focus on breath, sensation and the subtle rituals of passing and receiving tea.

The experience is designed to support relaxation and wellbeing, encouraging the body and mind to shift from a state of activity into calm awareness. As the session progresses, participants may notice a sense of ease, clarity or creative insight, inspired by the surrounding natural environment and the quiet, intentional pace of the ceremony.
All elements of the experience are thoughtfully considered. The tea is selected for its grounding qualities, while the water is sourced from Wild Oasis Spring, enhancing the connection to nature and place.

No prior experience is required. The Sunrise Tea Ceremony is open to anyone seeking a moment of stillness, reflection and reconnection in a peaceful hinterland setting.
