Christmas with the Con

Join themfor a magical evening as the Riverina Conservatorium of Music presents the fourth annual Christmas with the Con — a free community celebration at Wagga Wagga's Riverside Precinct.

Experience a vibrant program of classical, traditional, and contemporary Christmas music performed by the Riverina Conservatorium Orchestra, Simmons Street Big Band, Combined Concert Bands, Mass Choirs, instrumental ensembles, and featured soloists. Over 200 musicians will bring festive cheer for all ages. The evening culminates in a spectacular finale and a dazzling fireworks display over the Murrumbidgee River, lighting up the night sky in true festive style.

Two large display screens will livestream the concert so no one misses a moment. Bring a picnic or enjoy food and drinks from on-site vendors.

The event also features the Light a Light of Hope tree lighting ceremony, in partnership with Riverina charity Country Hope, supporting local families.

Please note: The river walkway behind St John's Anglican Church will be closed from 7:45 pm–9:15 pm due to the Fireworks Exclusion Zone.
