Become a Junior Ranger for the day and experience hands-on activities that help you understand the important role rangers play in NSW National Parks. You'll take part in a scavenger hunt and use clues to learn about Australia's fascinating environment.

Gain new skills, learn about our native animals and get up close to nature while exploring our beautiful beaches and coastal bush habitat. Be amazed at the different species of sharks in Shark Bay on the NSW South Coast.

You'll learn how to use a map and compass in an orienteering activity as you discover the natural treasures of Broulee Island. Get creative and design a piece of nature art using beach and bush materials or continue exploring this beautiful natural setting.

Your guide will also have a variety of interesting finds to share with you, such as a real (taxidermy) goanna, penguin, baby wombat or echidna.
