The property sits directly opposite the path to local swimming areas and is just a short stroll to a nearby boat ramp and jetty — perfect if you're bringing the rods.

Inside is bright, light and thoughtfully refreshed: a lounge with gas heating, ceiling fan, Smart TV and a selection of books and games provides a cosy hub, while the fully equipped kitchen (new appliances, dishwasher, microwave) and handy laundry with washing machine make stays easy. The rear deck is a lovely extension of the living space for casual dining and downtime.

The cottage sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms (queen in the front bedroom with ocean views; a second bedroom with a queen plus a king single) and one bathroom with combined bath/shower. There's room to park two cars and a fenced yard for a little outside space.

Pets are welcome — bring your dog to enjoy the walks and views. Linen and towels are supplied.
