Snowy Healing and Health Retreat

These retreats create the space for personal transformation and creates an environment to nurture your body, mind and soul. The Snowy Retreats schedule provides a variety of interventions to help people shift and breakthrough patterns that no longer serve them.

The retreat is set on a beautiful property in NSW Snowy Mountains surrounded by nature. The retreat includes: Shamanic healings and ceremonies, meditation practices, daily breathwork, sound healing and drumming, set around the Australian Dreaming Wheel (medicine wheel), morning bushwalks and daily yoga, massage, hypnosis and nutritious vegetarian meals.

Snowy Retreats follows three to four days of processes, practices and interventions to release what no longer serves you, to connect with your deeper self and awaken your passion and purpose.

The Snowy Mountains Healing Retreat is held exclusively at The Range Lodge on a beautiful 1,000 acre property surrounded by wildlife and nature including their 35 pet alpacas, kangaroos, echidnas, parrots and a rescue pig in NSW Snowy Mountains.

The retreat facilitator has 30 years experience working in the space of health and human performance.
