ANZAC Day – Royal Hotel Queanbeyan
Overview
The Royal Hotel Queanbeyan invites locals and visitors to mark ANZAC Day with a full day of remembrance, food, live entertainment, and authentic Australian tradition.
The highlight of the day is the return of the hotel's family-friendly Two-Up in The Upperhouse, back by popular demand following its successful debut last year. Guests are welcome to join in from 12pm, experiencing one of Australia's most beloved ANZAC Day traditions in a welcoming and inclusive setting.
The day begins from 6:00am with a post-dawn service breakfast, giving guests a warm and sociable start to the day. The Upperhouse also features a Churrasco BBQ served throughout the day, with meat carved and served on a roll with gravy.
Downstairs in the Bistro, guests can enjoy lunch from 11:00am, with bookings recommended. Live music is provided by Dan Millane from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, and live sport screens throughout the venue ensure there's something for everyone.
Meat raffle tickets are available throughout the day with the draw taking place at 7:00pm. All proceeds and donations go to RSL LifeCare – Queanbeyan Veteran and Family Hub, supporting veterans and their families across Queanbeyan and the ACT.
