Strawhouse Wines is a boutique family-owned wine business. The Strawhouse Vineyard is on beautiful Boree Lane on the northern slopes of Mt. Canobolas, just outside Orange, in regional NSW.

Strawhouse has developed a reputation for producing small amounts of fine, handcrafted wines.

After spending some years in Orange in the '80's when the first vineyards were established in the region, Justin Byrne and Meg Simpson built a sustainable strawbale house and planted the Strawhouse Vineyard in 1997. They have recently built the Strawhouse Pavilion, with tasting room and boutique accommodation and are now open for visits and stays. The tasting room is open for booked tastings Friday, Saturday and Sunday at selected times. Contact directly for tastings at other times.
