This exclusive evening begins with James Robson and Chief Winemaker Chris Jessop leading you through a barrel tasting in the working winery, offering a glimpse into the evolution of Ross Hill's wines before they reach the bottle.

Guests will then join James and Chris in the Pinnacle Room for an intimate three course dinner, matched with a selection of current and museum Ross Hill wines and hosted in the relaxed, welcoming style the Ross Hill winery is known for.
