Festa del Fuoco

As part of the Orange Region Fire Festival, Fiorini's Osteria Italiana extends an invitation to experience one of Orange's most memorable winter dining experiences.

Gather around long communal tables, where the grand open fireplace will be roaring and the atmosphere warm, lively and unmistakably Italian.

Outside, Fiorini's chefs will be cooking over crackling open flames, a wood-fired oven and wood-fire grill, transforming the best seasonal produce from the Orange region into a generous Italian sharing feast. Throughout the evening, dishes will arrive continuously at the table, designed to be shared with friends old and new, while perfectly matched local wines are poured alongside every course.

The evening begins with a warming glass of traditional vin brulé, the perfect way to settle in before the feast begins. As the night draws to a close, head outside to gather around fire pits, where homemade marshmallows will be toasted over the flames, bringing a little nostalgia to finish an unforgettable winter evening.
