Rocky Hill War Memorial Lookout provides magnificent views across the city and region with interpretive signage and seating. The Rocky Hill War Memorial opened in 1925 as a lasting tribute to the men and women of Goulburn who served during World War I. In 2000 the collection moved into the re-purposed caretakers’ cottage museum and a new contemporary museum building opened in June 2020, providing additional exhibition and education space.
