Cowra Civic Square Mural

These vibrant large-scale murals were created by some of Australia's leading contemporary street artists, Joel Fergie (The Zookeeper), Travis Vinson (DRAPL), and Steven Falco and Jordan Bruce (Brightsiders). Internationally recognised for their bold public artworks, the artists have transformed walls across Australia and around the world, bringing their signature style to the heart of Cowra through the NSW Government's Public Spaces Legacy Program.

Inspired by the energy, movement and emotion of live performance, the artwork sweeps across the Cowra Civic Centre, inviting visitors to engage with the piece from multiple perspectives. As the artists describe it "This artwork is inspired by the energy and all the emotions involved with performance art."

Adding a distinctly local touch, dancers from the Cowra Dance Factory modelled and performed for the artists during the creative process, reflecting the vibrant performances and community events regularly hosted at the Cowra Civic Centre.
