CheerFest

Port Kembla CheerFest is a free, family-friendly Christmas festival transforming Wentworth Street into a festive celebration of community spirit. Enjoy festive markets, live entertainment, street performers, Santa photos, children's activities, food vendors and beautifully decorated local business Christmas windows. Hosted by the Port Kembla Chamber of Commerce, CheerFest celebrates local businesses, brings the community together and spreads Christmas cheer across the Illawarra. Visitors are also encouraged to support local families in need through a Giving Tree, toy drive and long-life food drive supporting The Salvation Army. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled day of Christmas magic, community connection and giving back. Everyone is welcome, and entry is free!
