With a large, secure backyard, it's perfect for outdoor pets, BBQs, and enjoying the coastal sunshine.

Inside, the home is bright and comfortable, thoughtfully designed for a stress-free stay. The main bedroom features a king bed and ceiling fan, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with fan, and the third includes two single bunk beds with a portable fan—ideal for children or extra guests.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is light and inviting, with reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. A nearby lounge features a large TV and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Warilla Beach or enjoying the calm waters of Little Lake.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The family bathroom features a shower, vanity, and two baths, including a spa bath, plus a separate toilet off the laundry. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also provided.

Outside, enjoy spacious outdoor dining, seating, and a BBQ area. Additional features include streaming services, off-street parking, linen and bath towels, self check-in, and a fenced yard. Pets are welcome outdoors only—please bring your own supplies.
