Kitty's Bar and Restaurant

Kitty's is a high-end cocktail bar and restaurant in the beach town of Merimbula on the Sapphire Coast.

It is a hidden gem inside the larger venue of Club Sapphire, which also features a bistro, gaming lounge, live music auditorium, gym, and world-class bowling facilities.

Inside, the décor features a stunning 20 metre marble-top bar set in a chic mid-century fit-out, paying homage to the era when the club opened in the late 1950s, with gorgeous textures, fabrics, and materials brought together in a plush and cozy setting. The flagstone sandstone fireplace is a hit come Winter.

In Summer, Kitty's has a large sunny courtyard with a stage where bands and DJs regularly play to crowds sipping drinks underneath the maple tree.

The well-balanced menu at Kitty's has an Asian-infusion influence, with shared plates that include dumplings, bao buns, locally produced oysters and other delicious treats. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diners are well served.
