Overview
Pass through beautiful, rare rainforest pockets on your way to the scraggly outpost of Haunted Point.
Steep in places, rough underfoot. The track can be walked in either direction and includes a steep, short hill to the natural rock amphitheatre that features native orchids in spring.
You can also explore the Singleman's Hut, built c1870s for farm labourers. Originally two rooms back-to-back and restored by artist Arthur Boyd in the 1980s. No signage.
Three-hour Full Loop - 3.5 kilometres.
45 minutes to Amphitheatre - 1.2 kilometres (return).
