The estate is offered on an exclusive-use basis — your group, your privacy, nothing shared. Family-owned and quietly luxurious, it flexes to whatever you're hosting: a private luxury getaway that spills from terrace to lawn to firepit, a family gathering anchored by quiet dawn walks, a milestone celebration that lingers long after dusk. Guests aren't managed here — they're looked after.
With the two cottages accommodating 10 adults and the paddock offering space for 10 glamping tents. The Eighth Spring offers a unique and private retreat for up to 30 guests.
The Clubhouse Barn is the centrepiece of the estate offering a large indoor kitchen, an impressive outdoor kitchen which includes a Gozny pizza oven, smoker, standard BBQ and an Argentinian Parilla Grill.

Venturing out of the estate Bangalow is the closest village offering excellent boutique shopping and culinary experiences. Also in close proximity are some of Northern NSW premium dining experiences - the Hut Byron and Frida's Field. A little further afield you will find the iconic Byron Bay and the hidden gem of Brunswick Heads.
