Set within the relaxed surrounds of the brewery, the afternoon pairs craft brews and quality food with heartfelt live music. Raised on a steady soundtrack of hymns and Bob Dylan, Mandy Hawke has developed an unmistakable voice - equal parts seasoned soul traveller and captivating folk storyteller.

Her authentic songwriting weaves traditional folk influences with Australian country, delivering songs that are reflective, moving and deeply personal. Mandy's performances have featured at respected festivals including Mullumbimby Music Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival and Warburton Folk Festival.

In 2017, she released her debut EP The Water Was Deep, recorded and co-produced with Bill Chambers at Chambers Avenue Studio. The collection explored themes of mortality, faith and her religious upbringing. New material followed in 2021, recorded and co-produced with Jordan Power.

This intimate Sunday session offers audiences the chance to experience powerful storytelling and rich musicianship in one of Ballina's favourite live music venues.
