This full-day retreat is an invitation to descend into stillness and listen more deeply. Held at Sugar Beach Ranch, gather in small circle to move, reflect, and reconnect with the intelligence of the land and the quiet wisdom of the horses.

Through meditation, gentle movement, equine awareness, restorative practice, ritual, and nourishing winter food, honour what has been carried through the darker months and gently clarify what is ready to rise.
