Creative Artisans Artist for the Month - July

Creative Artisans Gallery is a community-run, not-for-profit gallery showcasing and supporting the work of talented local artists and artisans in the heart of Ballina.

Located in Wigmore Arcade, the gallery features a diverse collection of handcrafted artworks, including paintings, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, woodwork, glass art and unique handmade gifts. Every item is created by local artisans, offering visitors the opportunity to take home an authentic piece of the Northern Rivers while supporting the local creative community.

Throughout the year, the gallery presents rotating artist spotlights and exhibitions, highlighting the exceptional craftsmanship and creativity of its members. During July, the featured artist is master woodworker Paul Frangos, whose handcrafted timber pieces combine traditional woodworking techniques with contemporary design. Using premium Australian timbers and intricate coloured veneer inlays, his unique creations celebrate the natural beauty of wood and the enduring value of handmade art.
