Overview
Discover the art of visual storytelling in this engaging workshop for students in school years 9 to 12, held at Muswellbrook Library.
Led by award-winning animators and filmmakers Jelena Sinik, Nicolette Axiak and Carl Stewart, participants explore how stories are brought to life on screen through practical exercises and creative exploration. The workshop offers valuable insight into the creative process behind screen production, covering storyboarding techniques, film language, visual communication, composition and camera principles, creative ideation and critical thinking skills.
Ideal for students with an interest in filmmaking, animation or future screen studies, including those considering tertiary screen production pathways.
This inclusive workshop welcomes all students in school years 9 to 12, including those with additional needs.
