Collagraph Printmaking Adventure Ages 8–12

Get ready to roll, press, and print! Inspired by the beautiful art works by Fiona Johnson, in the Upriver Downriver exhibition, this fun holiday workshop invites young artists to dive into the world of printmaking.

Using cardboard, textured materials, and plenty of imagination, participants will create their own collagraph printing plates before inking them up and making a series of exciting prints. Along the way, they'll discover how artists use patterns, textures, and marks to tell stories about the world around them.
