Inside, spotted gum timber floors, a fully equipped kitchen with double oven and gas cooktop, a gas fireplace, and a comfortable living area create a warm, unhurried base. A generous deck runs along the front of the home with direct bush views, outdoor seating and egg chairs. A fire pit is available in cooler months. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Wallaroo National Park is across the road. Nelson Bay and Port Stephens and its beaches, including dog friendly Bagnalls Beach, are under an hour's drive.
