Chef Christophe Grégoire and winemaker Céline Rousseau of Eden Road Wines come together to celebrate the flavours of France — with a touch of Australian magic woven in.
Chef Christophe has designed a five-course menu that pays homage to the traditions of French cuisine, and in some of the dishes, you'll find something very special: truffles harvested from his own farm in Bungendore. Each course is thoughtfully matched to a premium Eden Road wine, selected by Céline herself, a meeting of two producers who share a deep respect for craft, provenance, and the pleasure of the table.
