Woodies has gas heating and also air-conditioning, queen size beds in two rooms and electric blankets on all beds. There is an en suite as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. There is a laundry and the kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave. Very comfortable lounge, Foxtel, Blu-Ray DVD player and widescreen television. Great covered outdoor entertainment area with a five-burner barbecue and eight-seater table and chairs. Secure enclosed areas for pets.
The house is located within easy walking distance of all facilities and shops.
