Grenfell VJMC Motorcycle Show N Shine
Overview
Grenfell is the birthplace of Henry Lawson, one of Australia's most famous poets, born on the gold fields in 1867. To commemorate his birth and his contribution to the arts, Grenfell hosts annually the Grenfell Henry Lawson Festival of Arts on the June long weekend.
In the lower Main Street of Grenfell, they will have their motorcycle show for the second year. There are 20 trophies and prizes up for grabs, thanks to support from VJMC Australia and Repco Cowra. The event is open to all bikes and trikes.
Grenfell is also home to beautiful painted silos (you can park your bike immediately in front of them for a photo) and they are lit up in pretty colours at night!
Free camping is available at the old Grenfell Railway Station, with clean seating areas, barbecues, and amenities with coin operated hot showers. Not only a stone's throw from the motorcycle show, but all within easy walking distance of the festival, pubs, shops and takeaways.
