The Big Chill Festival - Armidale

The Big Chill Festival is back in 2027, bringing legendary vibes and unforgettable experiences to the Armidale Showground.

The Big Chill is more than just music. It's a celebration of Armidale's vibrant local culture, showcasing award-winning craft beers, local distilleries, wineries, and gourmet food trucks. Attendees will enjoy world-renowned BBQ pitmasters smoking up a storm, interactive experiences, and cozy fire pits under the open sky.

For families, there's a dedicated "Little Chillers" zone, a chilli-eating competition for the brave-hearted, and the cold-water Big Chilly Dip for those brave, hardy souls. Throughout the weekend, we'll be putting Armidale's booming creative culture front and centre, positioning the region as a go-to cool climate destination for food, drinks, and adventure.
