The glamorous, the ordinary, the everyday and the very previous all have a place in the local, ethnic and people's history of Maitland. Throughout the year various exhibitions exploring the clothes and materials of the past are on display exploring various themes. This includes the changes in fashion over time, uniforms from the war time eras and traditional garments from around the world.
