Led by an Indigenous guide, explore the Tweed River on a customised boat. Guests will experience traditional vs modern day crab and fish hunting techniques of the region's first inhabitants. Watch as your guide cooks the catch over an open fire on the beach for your dining pleasure.
The tour visits an oyster farm with a freshly shucked tasting session, a walk through the mangroves learning spear hunting techniques, pull up commercial crab pots and learn about the mud crabs famous to this region. The freshest seafood is caught and cooked before your eyes complimented with the best of the Tweed Valley produce served on a sand bank for the ultimate dining experience!
